Sometimes our support team needs a screenshot (a picture of your computer screen) to better understand the trouble you're having. Here's how to take a screenshot on both Windows and Mac:
Press Shift + Command + 3
The screenshot will be saved to your default saving location (typically your desktop)
Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard (typically abbreviated PrtScn)
Open an application that allows you to paste images (MS Word, Paint, etc.)
With your cursor in the editable area, press Ctrl + V (the keyboard shortcut for paste)
Save the file
From here, just attach the file to the email from our support team.
